Beading patterns in dire need of "paint" tools.

I've been enjoying the free pattern wizard for awhile and would like to give you my thanks, first... When it comes to selecting my own colors, I get the same issue as everyone else that has messaged you. B/W results. May I suggest that you write a program which opens an editing window (when they click let me see my pattern) for users who are trying to select their own color palette and make custom modifications to their art. Perhaps use macro tools similar to paint programs. I am willing to test drive and help you look for bugs. Did I mention that I love to bead? Trying to dial in NFL logos and use bead colors that I have on hand for portraits and such. Thanks.

Chris,
Welcome!
Thank you for your suggestion! Editing tools are already in our plans, but they're not available at this time. I don't have a specific date when they will be.
As for the black & white results, I've been unable to duplicate this issue, so I've notified Terry, who does our site support, about this issue.

I'm a beading, knitting and crochet addict. If that means I'm admitting I have a problem, then I admit to nothing. Please refrain from helping me.

Chris,
Thanks for the input. An updated version of the program will have what we call "live editing" where you can manually retouch.
Regarding the black and white issue, I'm aware of an issue with brick and peyote stitches where it sometimes creates a black and white pattern.
If you would be so kind, could you use the same image and settings and try any other bead stitch such as loom, square, raw or herringbone and see if you still get a black and white pattern or if it works. If it does work in another stitch type, I can give you access to an upcoming version of the software to see if that solves it. The new version does address brick and peyote issues.
There's also a fix coming in the next few days that addresses one other intermittent black and white issue.
Thanks!
Terry
