Hi from Washington State

Was just browsing the internet and couldn't find a pattern that I want so a lightbulb went off about making my own. Then I saw this and was hooked. I bead mostly jewelry but a customer wants a panda keychain. I can't find the kind she is looking for so will see if I can find a pic to make into a pattern....
I live in beautiful Pacific NW in the state of Washington with my hubby and 3 cats. I have been beading for about 2 years and was all self taught so it has been fun. I love watching youtube. There is so much information on it if you just look. I am still finding things that I didn't know was there.
Hope to get to know you better as time goes by.....
Look at that smile! (Photo guaranteed unretouched)

Doris,
Welcome!
So happy you've found us!
Oooh, 3 cats!
LOL, not like I'm a cat lover or anything.
Do you have any photos?
I haven't been to Washington itself, but I've been to Oregon and I
love
the gorgeous Pacific NW! Your trees are amazing!
Re: making a pattern, for something as small as a keychain you're probably best off looking for an image that's pretty simple and small...the smaller, less complex the image, the smaller of a pattern you'll be able to make (LOL, since you probably don't want to make a keychain that's 200 stitches across!). A drawn image, clip art, will likely be best in this case. There are some sites that do offer free clip art; as for whether or not it's personal use only or can be used for the purpose you're intending is determined by the individual site.
Again, welcome, and would love to see pics of your kitties!

I'm a beading, knitting and crochet addict. If that means I'm admitting I have a problem, then I admit to nothing. Please refrain from helping me.
