Mervi,
Welcome! Smile
Please let me know if I have this right. You want to make a finished pattern to measure 22x25 cm.
I'm not well versed in measurements in centimeters, but I do have an idea of how you can calculate it and I have a link to a calculator (in cm as well as inches) so you can check your measurements.
First, what you need to do is to decide what count fabric you're going to use. I haven't got the slightest idea of what those measurements are, but if you go by the fabric count on your package (or if buying it in the store, ask what the fabric count per centimeter is), that will tell you how many stitches per centimeter.
So if you multiply stitches per centimeter in the fabric you've chosen by the number of centimeters you want, in this case 22 for the width and 25 for the length, that will give you the total number of stitches and rows per centimeter that you need.
You can check your measurements here:
Once you have those numbers, it's best to create your image for your pattern by using a graphics program to resize it to the same number of pixels. For example, if you found that your finished stitches and rows are 50x75, you would make your image 50 pixels by 75 pixels, where pixels = stitches.
Many apologies if I've misunderstood.
