Welcome! 

How many stitches are you getting?  My records show you're signed up for the 500 stitches across option.  Are you getting only 50?  150?  300?  Are you logged in?  Please be sure you're logged in when you attempt to access 500 stitches across, as the system can't tell it's you if you're not logged in.  If you're not logged in and are only getting 50 stitches across, it's because you're not logged in.

If I'm incorrect; if you're getting 500 stitches across and your question here refers to your previous question about the Artwork button, please note, that's not a Premier feature.  The Premier feature you've purchased is the 500 stitches across option.  The Artwork button is not operational at this time, nor is it necessary, because there are other settings that will allow you to work with artwork.
