My suggestion would be to do a bit of math.  From what I can see in the photo, your graph is 24 blocks high, so 5 rows for each block should get you to 120.

I can't tell what the width is, but even if you can't get an exact corresponding measurement, what you need to do is divide 150 by the number of blocks across in the design; if it's, say, 150 divided by 50, that will be 3 stitches per block.  Your design may distort...but my guess is that if it does, it won't be terrible.  The problem with crochet stitches is that they're not square.  Also, since you're trying to go by strict measurements, you may find the width and the length as converted over to stitches may change the shapes a bit.

The snowflake and moon would be much more difficult.  Since they're not designs that fit into square stitches, you can do one of two things...change the size so they can be blocked into perfect squares, or do a little embroidery on the half or fractional stitches after.  Either way is acceptable.  I once saw a gorgeous crocheted banner of a dove, and the artist had fudged the design by doing embroidery for the otherwise "fractional" stitches that couldn't be done in crochet.  And it looked beautiful!  IMO, the embroidery didn't take anything away from it.
