hi, please i would like to know the picture format that is best for creating a pattern here. the one that will have any issues while working. thanks

Hi, chiji.
There are several things that make some pictures better than others. I'll eventually be detailing this in another post and small video.
The best pictures are .gif and .png. These are "lossless" images and are not generally compressed. We don't recommend .jpg images unless they're saved at 0% compression.
Here's something that helps in most cases: Use a "paint" or "draw" program to save your image. Resize it down to a 1:1 ratio. This means one pixel across for each stitch across. And one pixel down for each row down. So if you're wanting a 150 stitch across by 200 row down cross stitch chart for example, it would be best to give the freePatternWizard program a 150x200 pixel image.
