Having trouble

Since I downloaded Windows 10 I cannot create a pattern. I am using a PDF file which I know I have used before. I get a message that reads: Sorry, you sent an invalid image type or size. Check our alloweed image types and upload size limits. Help please!!!!

Hi.
I know others use Windows 10 so I'm wondering about more details about the file you're using. You say you're using a .pdf file. Is your image in this .pdf file (rather than an actual image) from which you're trying to create a pattern?
If so, I'd have to do a bit of research to see if Windows 10 might handle .pdfs differently.
Thanks,
Terry

I made the pattern myself...I used the program Paint and typed "Jon" in and sized it the same way I did with the word "Erin", "Paige" and "Madi" all of which have turned out fine. I don't know what would be different other then changing my windows program to 10.

Are these stored in a .pdf document or are they images?

I am not sure exactly what you mean. I created the page, saved it as a PDF file in my documents folder.

Hi, we're trying to clarify...when you make your images in Paint, do you store them as jpgs, gifs, pngs, PDFs, etc...in other words, which format are you saving them in while in Paint?
