Help for lefties

Hi. I'm left handed and I start from the left side working right. Would I reverse the pattern vertically or leave it as is?

Welcome!
I'm not a lefty, so I'm not sure how to answer your question. It would most likely depend on how you normally work. Do you usually reverse patterns to work on them, or do you leave them as is? So that's why I would say it would depend on whether your normal patterns tend to be reversed when you work them from charts. If you use those as a guideline, in theory, it should work the same way with
any
chart.
