PDF download problem
July 31, 2024 at 1:20:47 AM

Although I am a member ("You are currently subscribed to 500 Stitches Across" ), I cannot download
the patterns I created as PDFs. I also cannot make edits on the pattern. Can you please help?

Ertacan,
Welcome! Smile
To answer your second question first, the ability to edit patterns is not available in the current version of the software, so you haven't done anything wrong.
As for your first question, Terry (Support) is going to respond.

Hi, and thank for asking your questions.

There are 4 possibilities:

  1. You see your .pdf pattern on the screen.  If so, there's usually a "save" option.  This is a function of your browser.
  2. When you tell it to create a pattern, it pops up a window asking whether you want to see it on the screen or save it.  Here you would select "save".
  3. You might see the message, "I have just emailed your pattern to you."  In this case it should attach your pattern to an email.
  4. You see an error message.  If so, let us know what error message you see.
Please let me know if something else is happening.

Editing is a long-due function that will be implemented after we make a series of hardware changes.  I don't have timing on this yet.

Terry
