Hi, Kathy. 

I'll try ot help you through getting a decent chart.

I can tell you that there are currently some issues with some image formats.  Generally .gif, .png, and .jpg formats work quite well.  As you get away from these three formats, there are actually variances of some of the others so I may need to address this.

One thing by you asking about this, I'll move this issue high up in my priority list.  It is definitely something I can address in the patternWizard and it was already on my "to-do" list.

Could you help me by letting me know the file extent (i.e. .gif, .png, or whatever) that you're trying to upload?  It could simply be related to formatting of a particular image type that I haven't seen yet.  If this is the case, I should be able to resolve it.

Also, if you'd feel comfortable and would be willing to email me a copy of your image, I can better and faster know exactly what the problem is and fix it much faster.  If you'd rather not send me a copy of the image, that's ok.  I'll do some more testing with various image formats.

And let me know if you'd be willing to send the image.  If so, I'll give you an email address to send it to.  (It doesn't help to paste it here into the Community since the Community software re-writes the image when it saves it and I would lose the cause of the problem by not having the original image.)

Hi, Kathy.

The patternWizard has been pretty thoroughly tested with Firefox so I think it's going to primarily be settings and internal things that I can address.

Not being able to see your original yet, I can't tell by your picture above what is not working.

SO, I'll send you an email and you can reply to that and attach your original image from which you're trying to create a pattern.

I always jump at the opportunity to use actual images that are causing problems because I can fix things that I don't even know that are broken, and at the same time help others who may be having the same problem.
