I don't have a computer to download my image but I do have a smart phone. Can I still use my image and have it graphed out and sent to my Adobe Reader in pdf?

Yes, just be sure you're signed in, and then in option #7 choose "Pattern in PDF Format" and then "Email pattern to myself."
