v2.13.12 Fixed Crochet Tunisian Vertical Stitch

I'm back to updating the freePatternWizard!  There will also be some new features as I continue to work on it.

As I was working on some updates I found that the Tunisian Vertical Stitch did not display properly on the screen or on .pdfs.  It always showed the pattern using squares instead of vertical rectangles.

This update takes care of the bug and it now works.

I'll have another update to the free version tomorrow and will also begin adding a few new premium features.  (More about that later).
