v2.14.3 Fixed bottom .pdf page margins for several paper sizes

As I continue to move along adding to the freePatternWizard, I just stumbled on a page formatting problem.  Several paper size bottom margin settings were such that the footers ran off the printed page.  I just ran through all the paper sizes, checked, and corrected those that needed it.

Corrected paper sizes were letter, legal, ledger, A3, A4, A5, A6, and B6.

This was found as I get closer to enabling some new features. 

Two new free features relate to all stitch categories.

And knitters will be interested in a new free knitting feature!
