v3.2.19 Corrected Crochet word charts

As I come up to speed again on new development, I just corrected a major word chart problem for Crochet charts.  (Thanks, Sherry!)

We've had a few questions about the word chart counts possibly being "slightly off".

The counts in the previous version of word charts included turning chains.  This new one does not so the printed counts will actually be 1 stitch fewer than the row width.

I'll be working on finishing up a bunch of new things.  At the same time I'm working on a whole new rewrite of the graphics engine.  There will eventually be a whole new look to the program.
