Sorry! I made some major server upgrades last night and this caused the program to stop handling some image types.
I tested a lot of the operation after the upgrades and didn't see any problems but there were, indeed, issues.
I just corrected this and hopefully everything is back to normal.
The server upgrades are in preparation for lots of program updates in 2019!

Thanks for reporting this. I'll look into it. I won't be surprised to have to fix a couple more things due to the size of all the server changes.
Sorry about the inconvenience.
The error 500 does point to an issue with the server so I'll get that corrected asap.

I just found and fixed a problem relating to having patterns emailed to yourself.
After the server upgrades this no longer worked but I just corrected it and you should now again be able to receive your patterns by email.
Please report any other problems you find.

I'm not certain that your error 500 was caused by the problem I just fixed. Please let me know if you still get the error and possibly what you were trying to do at the time.
