v 2.29 Problem selecting pdf output

Thanks to a bug report from member maggiemay, we just made a change to the FreePatternWizard regarding section 7, selecting the output format.

Certain versions of Internet Explorer and Chrome had a problem when you tried to select pdf output.  The pdf pulldown option box never showed up.  This was definitely a bug in the program but I just made a change that solves this issue.

Also remember that the pdf output is only available to logged-in members.
