v2.13.0 Added word chart for crochet

The other main addition in this version is a word chart option for crochet stitching.  (Once I'm sure it works with minimal bugs and problems, I'll add a beading word chart for beaders.)

I also added a new palette called "Stitchboard Basic Palette".  This palette has fewer colors and shorter color names.  It's ideal for using in a word chart.  This is the the default when you select "Word Chart Only" or "Pattern and Word Chart" in section 7.

Now more instructions on using the word chart option in section 7:

When you select crochet in section 2, there will be a new "Pattern or Word Chart" dropdown option box in section 7.  It defaults to "Pattern Only".  In this mode, when you create a pattern, the freePatternWizard will generate a pattern using colors, symbols, or both, depending on your other settings in section 7.  (This is the same as what it's been doing for the last year.)

If you change the dropdown option box to either "Word Chart Only" or "Pattern and Word Chart", an additional option box will show up in section 7 called "Word Chart Symbol".  This dropdown option box gives you three options:
1. Color Name
2. Color Letter
3. Color Number

By selecting "Color Name", the word chart will show the palette color name, and then the stitch count in parentheses.

In this mode, a sample row might be:
Row 5: White (31), Lime Green (13), Dark Green (1), Lime Green (23), White (32)

By selecting "Color Letter", the word chart will show the color as a letter, and then the stitch count in parentheses.

In this mode, a sample row might be:
Row 5: Color A (31), Color J (13), Color I (1), Color J (23), Color A (32)

If go beyond the 26 letters of the alphabet, it will begin showing colors as AA, AB, etc.

By selecting "Color Number", the word chart will show the color as a number, and then the stitch count in parentheses.

In this mode, a sample row might be:
Row 5: Color 1 (31), Color 10 (13), Color 9 (1), Color 10 (23), Color 1 (32)

Depending on which format you select, the key page for that word chart will either show the color name, letter, or number.

If you select "Pattern and Word Chart", the program will generate a regular pattern first (with a key page), and then a word chart (with a separate key page).  So in this mode, you'll get, in effect, two separate little packets in a single pdf -- a pattern and word chart.

I also added options in the Settings tab so you can tell it you always want a word chart and/or pattern.  Click on the "Settings" tab in the lower right to set these options.

I invite comments, suggestions, etc. so we can fine-tune this new area.  I expect some operational and/or formatting problems so let me know if you find something.

Again, once members are using the crochet word chart, it'll get well-tested.  When there are no new changes needed, I'll add the beading word charts.
