v2.13.9 Fixed screen format and added Basic palette to beading

After a long delay in not working on the program very often, I'm slowly getting back to it.  Please excuse the choppy support too.  I should begin spending more time on things as time goes on.

Anyway, this is a small update that makes the key on the screen patterns easier to read when using palettes with longer manufacturer names, like Stitchboard Full Palette, Stitchboard Basic Palette, and Lion Brand Wool Ease.  In these cases, the key will allow more room for the palette name and be created using fewer columns so the palette name will no longer bump into the next key color swatch.

Due to several inquiries and requests, this update also adds a Stitchboard Basic Palette to the beading category.

Hopefully it won't be months before the next update!   For a long time I was doing updates almost daily.  Just depends on my other projects...
