Trying to buy a yearly subscription but it just keeps taking me to a blank page?

So sorry you're having problems...I'll alert Terry (Support) to your message. There was a problem with some updates that were done to the site; I'm not sure if that's the reason, though, so I'll let Terry know so he can figure out what's wrong.

Hi, very sorry for the delay!

I'm wondering if you may have been trying to do this while I was updating the servers. If so, I can see why you'd get the blank page.

We have been getting new subscriptions so I know the program is working so please try again and let me know if you still have a problem.
